Postage to U.K
We currently only ship to the U.K. (Sorry for this inconvenience). Goods usually leave here within 5 working days, but at busy periods it can take longer. In all cases we aim to contact you by email to confirm receipt of your order - this is an automatic response and it is important that your email address is input correctly at point of order. It is sometimes possible for dispatch same day, with next day delivery, depending on stock levels. This next day service is usually only available with phone orders. (Freephone 0800 015 44 33)
Standard Delivery £4.95 for all items upto £75.00
Then our special delivery service of £8.50 for shopping baskets totalling over £75.00.
Standard delivery is usually carried out by DHL and is normally completed within 3 days of leaving here (often next day). We also use Royal Mail for these standard deliveries, especially to the Highlands and Islands of UK. In addition we sometimes use Royal Mail for small packages.
Special Delivery is performed by TNT. This is a next day service and requires a signature.
Please remember that the delivery can be made to any UK address, it doesn't need to be yours. So if you are concerned that a delivery is due for you but you may not be in, why not ask a neighbour or friend to accept it for you? If you are working why not take delivery at work?
Please note, that all goods sold by Just Floor Cushions via Safefoam are done so, strictly under UK law. The title of goods remains strictly owned by Safefoam until such time that goods have been fully paid for by the purchaser.
Our prices are inclusive. VAT is charged at the standard rate and broken down for you prior to check out where they are also subject to the addition of post & packing charges - where applicable.
Prices are said be correct at the point of publication - but will be subject to future changes or if necessary amendments.
We aim to fulfil order requests received the point of price publication if we have stock of that product. Any changes to prices will be published at the point where they are effect from.
On an occasion when we are unable to fulfil your order request due to lack of available stock, mainly as a result of high demands, it is our company policy to try and source you an alternative product. Should we be in a position where this is necessary we will normally notify you first - before any product is dispatched or payment made, to gain agreement that this is an acceptable option to you. If you do not want an alternative sending then your order is cancelled without any charge or further obligation. Should we be unable to contact you prior to dispatch of an alternative product – you will be given the option to return the item, if it is found to be an unsuitable option, for either replacement or full refund.
